Director Eric E. Richardson Testimony before DC Council

OCT Director Eric. E. Richardson testfied before Council of the District of Columbia Committee on Public Services and Consumer Affairs on February 28, 2008. He gave prepared testimony and responded to questions from Chairwoman Mary Cheh and other Council Members. Director Richardson discussed many items, including the way OCT responds to customer service requests by District cable consumers, and the accomplishments of OCT in relation to DSTV, the educational channel of the DC Public Schools, now under the supervision of the Office of Cable Television.
